Biography

Alex Ford is currently 19 years old.

Alex was born on 24th of September 1991, ten minutes before his identical twin brother Daniel.  Alex also has an older brother, Scott.

Alex has been singing for over 11 years, and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Music at the Australian Institute of Music.

Formally trained in singing, acting, and dancing, Alex has performed in stage musicals, at weddings, and corporate and community events, as well as the occassional appearance in television drama.

He has studied at a variety of performing arts studios including:
- The Performance Studio
- Sister2Sister School of Singing
- Welch Entertainment
- NIDA
 
All of these have helped develop his vocal, acting and dance skills.  Alex says "I just love being up on stage performing".

Alex also enjoys singing in competitions and talent searches, preferably with live bands in clubs.  Some of the clubs he has performed in are:
- Mounties
- Canterbury Leagues
- Five Dock
- Burwood RSL
- Malabar RSL
- Matraville RSL
- St Marys Leagues

Recently Alex was cast as Benjamin in the Neil Gooding production of the musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, performed at the Riverside Theatre in Parramatta.
